Reservations, terms and conditions

Check in is between 3pm and 9pm on the day of arrival and rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

In the unlikely event, that for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver the requested accommodation you will be offered alternative accommodation (subject to availability) or a full refund of any monies paid.

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice (from the scheduled check in time on the day of arrival) or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling or by curtailing your stay with us you will be liable for two thirds of the outstanding balance. For this reason you may wish to take out holiday insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

A non refundable deposit of £10 per room per night, minimum £40 is required. Most credit/debit cards accepted. Payment of balances by credit card will attract a levy of 2%.

No pets allowed and no smoking allowed. Please note we do not have any family rooms and do not take children under 5 years of age.

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes disturbance or nuisance to other guests.

Single Occupancy

Although we do not have any single rooms we may at our discretion let a double or twin room for single occupancy. The rate in this instance would be £40 per night.
Full room rate at Bank Holidays.

Children

We do not accommodate children under 5 years old. We do not have a family room. The maximum occupancy of any of our rooms is 2 persons whether adult or children 5 years and over.
