en-suite, 1 twin en-suite (ground floor annexe) and 1 twin with private bathroom.
Bedrooms are individually styled and all are centrally heated with colour TV, hospitality
tray, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, fluffy white towels and luxury toiletries. Wi-Fi
is available.

A double bedded room with lovely views of the river and Dales countryside.
A stylish room decorated in cream, peach and green with pine fittings. LCD flat
screen colour television with digital freeview. en-suite shower room.
Ribblesdale Room (Twin with private bathroom)
A twin bedded room with wonderful views of Ingleborough. A bright room decorated
in blue and lemon with pine fittings and a washhand basin. Immediately opposite
is the private bathroom (with its own key) for your exclusive use containing a full
suite with bath and shower.
Wensleydale Room (Superior Double with en-suite shower room)
A large, bright newly refurbished superior double en-suite room. This room has a
modern spacious feel with blue and cream decor and soft furnishings. It has a seating
area with small table and benefits from a digital freeview TV with built in DVD
player, chiller/fridge and luggage rack as well as all the usual features for your
comfort and enjoyment.
Garden Room (Twin en-suite ground floor annexe)
This pretty ground floor bedroom has its own entrance to the rear of the house off
the attractive terrace, accessed by a short walk along the side of the property.
It is a twin bedded room and has sliding patio doors on to a small balcony with
wonderful views of the river. A lovely bright room decorated in cream and terracotta.
Colour television with digital freeview. En-suite shower room. This is an ideal
room for anyone who has problems with stairs. There are no steps in to the main
house and only 1 small step in to this room. Yes it does have a balcony - you will
have to come and see for yourself!!
